Nyon/Munich, 3rd March 2026 – The UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League trophies are hitting the road again. In 2026, the Official Trophy Tour driven by FlixBus returns with a new concept, a high-profile ambassador and three major European city stops before the finals.

 

After last year’s successful edition, which brought the iconic silverware to fans in Nyon, London and Berlin, alongside football legends Eden Hazard, Gary Cahill and Sebastian Rode, culminating at the final in Bilbao, Spain, the tour evolves in 2026 with a renewed creative approach designed to bring Europe’s club competitions even closer to fans.

 

Out of Office, Into Europe

Under this year’s theme “Out of Office, Into Europe”, the trophies step off the pitch and into everyday European life, sightseeing across the continent with FlixBus before reaching their final destinations: exploring cities, meeting fans and celebrating the shared culture that unites European football by bringing UEFA club competition excitement directly into the heart of European cities.

 

Joining the tour as official ambassador is Ivan Rakitić, a two-time UEFA Europa League winner, whose career across Europe’s top leagues reflects the international spirit of UEFA’s club competitions. He will accompany selected tour moments, engaging directly with fans along the route.

 

Three European cities, three cultural moments

The 2026 Trophy Tour kicks off on March 20th, featuring three stops before continuing to the final host cities of Istanbul and Leipzig. At each stop, football fans will have the opportunity to experience the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League trophies up close, participate in interactive fan activations and win exclusive prizes, including match tickets for the finals. The events aim to transform central urban spaces into football celebration hubs in the decisive weeks of the season.

 

Each city will interpret the “Into Europe” theme through its own cultural lens, showcasing the diversity that makes European football unique.
