5. Improve your language skills

6. Less screen time
Did you know that brain rot is the Oxford Word of the Year? The term is often used in relation to poor quality social media content. The brain’s ability to function is said to deteriorate as it consumes this content – it ‘rots’. You may have resolved to take more mobile phone breaks and reduce your screen time in 2025.
